uncovering You
A 28-Day Meditation Journey of Self-Love and Inner Discovery
Imagine feeling so deeply content.
Completely accepting yourself and life
as it is right now.
With love; with compassion; with joy.
By taking 30 minutes each day, just for you, for 28 days, you can uncover
this sacred space
and fall in love
with yourself and life, again.
Are you caught in the endless search for answers outside yourself? The next strategy, the next gadget, tactic, practice – always believing it will be the thing to change your life?
Stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt can drive this relentless pursuit, yet the solutions we seek often feel just out of reach.
What if the answers weren’t out there at all? What if they were waiting quietly within you, ready to be discovered when you finally pause, sit, and listen?
What if, instead of constantly searching, you chose to turn inward – and found, for yourself, the love, attention, and care you so readily offer to others?
meditation, contemplation, awareness
Meditation is the basis for all inner work.
As Sally Kempton writes in “Meditation for the love of it” :
“We might struggle conscientiously to change our limiting qualities; we might saturate ourselves with instructions and help, both concrete and subtle. Yet in the end, it is the direct, naked encounter with our own Awareness that shifts our understanding of who we are and gives us the power to stand firmly in the center of our being. No one else can make this happen for us. Meditation does.”
I think, that although meditation is becoming more and more widely accepted, practiced and talked about, it can often be misunderstood, or be thought of as something mysterious, or ‘hard to do’ – even scary.
And yet, in truth, it is the most simple thing – and can be easier than blinking or breathing.
For me, meditation is the act of being aware of awareness itself, and doesn’t have to be complicated. It is not becoming anything, or creating anything, or achieveing anything. It is more like letting go of everything I am not, and sitting in pure awareness.
Maybe the simplicity is the reason we often struggle with it!
I am offering 28 guided and supported opportunities for you to
enter directly in to your own pure ‘beingness’, and access your own source of intuitive knowing
details
This 28-day guided experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and sink into the vastness of your own awareness – not just as an abstract concept, but as a felt experience within your body.
Each daily video offers a new doorway into presence, embodiment, and deep but simple self-enquiry.
Through these daily practices, you’ll begin to recognise that being present and centred is not something to work at or achieve – it’s already here. The journey, if there is a journey, is about peeling away distractions, softening habitual tensions, and discovering the quiet simplicity of being. It’s also about inhabiting your body more fully, sensing rather than thinking, and exploring awareness as something deeply tangible.
These meditations can have a profoundly relaxing and restful effect, but moreover, can transform you, your relationships, and your everyday life.

is this for me?
🤔 Do you wake up overwhelmed by your mental to-do list before you’ve even made coffee?
🤔 Do you want to make better choices and create healthier habits but find yourself repeating the same patterns?
🤔 Do you look at others and wonder how they seem to have it all together when you’re just getting by?
If any of these resonate, I’ve been exactly where you are.
Since the mid 1990’s, I spent many years practicing and teaching meditation, devouring self-help books, watching webinars, and listening to spiritual speakers to reprogram my brain. While many of the tools and techniques brought change, I still carried a sense of not being good enough. Even after incredible experiences: living in Goa for two years, traveling through Mexico, and exploring Morocco, I could find myself quietly haunted by the feeling that I was falling short.
So what began to change this pattern?
It’s so simple that it’s easy to overlook: sitting with myself in silence.
That’s it!
When I say “That’s it,” I don’t mean to trivialise the power of sitting with oneself. Some days, it takes courage to face what arises. But as I strengthened my awareness of my deep inner Self, and realised there was nothing to fix, and nowhere to get to, I discovered a profound shift. The old thoughts, beliefs, and programming began to lose their grip. I could observe, detach, and begin to let go. What replaced them was a more peaceful, loving, and grounded sense of Beingness.
It is this very process that I share with you here in this 28 Day Course.
How is this different from other meditation courses?
This is not about following rigid techniques or striving to ‘get better’ at meditation. It’s not about focusing on an object or chanting a mantra. In fact, it is not about ‘focusing on’ anything at all – quite the opposite; it’s an inward exploration – an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are, without judgment. The approach is rooted in somatic sensing, and non-dual awareness. It involves a kind of deep listening to experience an embodied state rather than a purely mental one. Instead of trying to clear your mind or achieve a particular state, you’ll be guided to tune into what is already present and discover the wisdom that emerges from stillness.
What kind of results can I expect?
That depends on what you bring to it. Some people experience a deep sense of calm, clarity, or insight. Others find their relationship with themselves softening, becoming more accepting and spacious. You may notice shifts in how you respond to challenges, greater awareness of your thoughts and emotions, or even unexpected moments of joy and ease in daily life. There’s no single ‘right’ result – what unfolds will be completely unique to you.
Will this help with stress and anxiety?
Many people find that taking time to sit, breathe, and notice what is happening within them can help ease stress and create a sense of space around anxious thoughts. This practice won’t force stress away but will offer you tools to relate to it differently; be less reactive, have more curiosity and choice.
The somatic approach is especially helpful in gently unwinding tension and allowing the body to regulate itself more naturally.
What if I struggle to sit still or focus?
You’re not alone! Meditation isn’t about forcing stillness or perfect concentration. If you find it difficult to sit, you can shift your position, lie down, or even explore gentle movement. If your mind is busy, that’s completely fine; this practice is about noticing, not controlling. With time, you will probably find that the struggle itself softens, and you can simply be with whatever is present.
This journey is yours to take in your own way. Whether you prefer to quietly watch/listen to the recordings or read through the chapter in the booklet, whether you lie in bed, sit in your favourite chair or listen while you’re in the bath…you’ll find the freedom to engage in a way that feels right for you.

Amanda has over 25 years of teaching experience, guiding individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and growth since 1997.
“My background is diverse, including 11 years of teaching and practicing Raja Yoga meditation, which has deepened my understanding of mindfulness and inner peace. I spent 8 years as a secondary school teacher, navigating stressful environments and overwhelming workloads—experiences that have shaped my empathetic approach to teaching. Since 2007, I have been sharing the transformative power of movement through somatic practices, including dance, aerial yoga, and somatics. My passion lies in demystifying what may seem complex or ineffable, making it both understandable and reachable for everyone. Guided by my main mantra, “no right way,” I create an inviting and inclusive environment where exploration and self-expression are encouraged. I believe that life can be enjoyable, fun, easy, exciting, and magical when we slow down and recognise its gifts. I also hold gratitude and appreciation in high regard, as they enrich our experiences and deepen our connections to ourselves and each other.
still have questions?
Do I need to know how to meditate?
No! But what you may discover is that you always knew! Meditating is so natural to us, that we often overlook it and make it seem like a ‘thing’ we have to learn to ‘do’. Through sitting with me for 28 days, my hope is that you discover the simplicity of Being Yourself, and rediscovering the treasures you already hold.
What style of meditation will it be?
This meditation practice is deeply inspired by my background in somatics – sensing into the body as a gateway to awareness. It draws influence from Reginald Ray’s somatic meditation approach, inviting a deep connection with the felt sense of being. Recently, my explorations in non-dual meditation have also shaped my practice, opening space for effortless presence and self-recognition.
Rather than a rigid technique, this will be a guided journey into direct experience – sometimes through the body, sometimes through breath or awareness itself. It’s about uncovering what is already here, rather than trying to get somewhere else.
Is this suitable for people who find meditation difficult?
Absolutely. If you’ve ever felt that meditation is difficult, frustrating, or “not for you,” this might be exactly what you need.
Many traditional approaches to meditation emphasise stillness and clearing the mind, which can feel impossible when your thoughts are racing or your body is restless. But this practice isn’t about forcing anything – it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are.
The sessions will be inspired by somatic practices, which means we’ll focus on sensing into the body rather than trying to control the mind. You’ll be guided into awareness gently, using subtle movements, breath, and inner sensing to help you settle naturally.
There’s no “right way” to do this – just your way. If sitting still feels hard, you can lie down, shift positions, or simply listen. The goal isn’t to fight your experience but to explore it with curiosity. Over time, you may find that what once felt difficult begins to feel like home.
I don't have a credit card. Do you accept any other form of payment?
Yes, we do accept PayPal – it is offered as a choice in the sales cart. If you prefer to pay us via bank transfer, contact us at info@radiantstaryoga.com to make payment arrangements.
Do I need to prepare anything before each session?
No special preparation is needed – just turn up as you are.
You might find it helpful to have a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, but there’s no need for a perfect setup. You can sit on a chair, a cushion, or even lie down if that feels better.
If you like, you can have a blanket, a journal for reflections, or a glass of water nearby, but none of these are essential. The most important thing is simply showing up, however you are in the moment.
What if I don't have 30 minutes every day?
In my expereince, there has been benefit when I have committed to a regular practice when initially learning something. But at the same time, I highly value being guided by my own intuition, rather than forcing myself in to something. Consequently, the 28 days do not have to be consecutive, and 10 or 20 minutes on some days can be just as effective. Trust yourself. As you have lifetime access to the recordings, you can choose the frequency of your practice for yourself.
What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?
This 28-day journey is a commitment – to yourself and to the process. Unlike a product you can return, this offering is about presence, participation, and inner exploration. The value comes from showing up, even when it feels challenging.
I trust that if you feel drawn to this, it’s for a reason. You will have lifetime access to the recordings and the pdf booklet, so you can engage in a way that works for you. Because of the nature of this offering, all purchases are final, and refunds will not be available.
If you have any questions before joining, please feel free to email—I’m happy to help you decide if this journey is right for you.
You don’t have my question here…

“Because you are continually in your own practice, you are able to share current learnings that support where I am at right now. You offer a space where I can observe myself with more clarity, and you model how I can do this.”
