1. About us
Radiant Star Yoga offers online courses, live training, mentoring and one-to-one sessions exploring somatic movement, breathing, meditation and awareness.
These terms explain what you can expect when purchasing or booking something with us, including access, payments, cancellations and refunds.

2. Recorded online courses
Our recorded online courses are delivered digitally through our online learning platform.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll normally receive immediate access to the course materials.
We encourage you to explore our free resources and read the course descriptions before purchasing, so you can get a sense of our approach and decide whether a course is right for you.
Cancellations and refunds
Under UK consumer law, online purchases of digital content normally have a 14-day cancellation period.
When purchasing a course with immediate access, you’ll be asked to expressly consent to receiving the digital content during that period and acknowledge that you’ll lose your statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
Where those requirements have been met and digital supply has begun, we don’t ordinarily offer refunds because you’ve changed your mind or decided the course isn’t for you.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not supplied as agreed or doesn’t match its description.
If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
3. Lifetime access
Our online courses come with lifetime access. This refers to the lifetime of the course.
For as long as we host the course online, you’ll have access to it, including any updates, additions and bonuses.
If we decide to retire a paid course, we’ll give you reasonable advance notice and the opportunity to download the course materials, where technically and legally possible, so you can continue to enjoy them.
Any changes to course availability remain subject to your statutory rights and the access arrangements agreed at the time of purchase.
4. Live training and mentoring
Places on our live training programmes are arranged directly with us.
Before booking, we’ll provide details of the programme, including the training dates, fees, payment arrangements and any deposit required.
A deposit may be requested to reserve your place, with the remaining balance payable before training begins.
Cancelling a training booking
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you’re unable to participate.
Where a deposit has been paid, any amount retained following cancellation will reflect the booking arrangements, the timing of the cancellation and our reasonable losses, subject to your statutory rights.
For bookings made at a distance, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. We’ll explain any applicable cancellation rights and arrangements for training or services beginning during that period before you commit to payment.
If we need to cancel a training programme, we’ll offer you the choice of an alternative arrangement or a refund for the training or services we cannot provide.
5. One-to-one sessions
One-to-one sessions are arranged directly with us and paid for in advance.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or requests to rearrange made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being retained, where this is fair and permitted by law.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, these take precedence over our usual appointment cancellation arrangements. We’ll explain any relevant conditions if you request a session within the statutory cancellation period.
If we need to cancel a session, we’ll offer to rearrange it or provide a refund.
6. Payments
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Payments for recorded courses are processed through our secure checkout providers.
For training and one-to-one sessions, payment may be arranged directly by bank transfer or through an online checkout.
Any instalment arrangements or payment deadlines will be agreed before booking.
7. Course materials and personal use
Unless otherwise stated, purchased course materials are provided for your individual use.
You’re welcome to revisit the materials as often as you wish while you have access.
Please don’t copy, distribute, resell, share your account access or make course recordings and materials publicly available without our permission.
Purchasing a course doesn’t transfer ownership of its intellectual property or automatically grant permission to teach or distribute its contents as a training programme.
Any specific teaching permissions associated with professional training will be explained separately.
8. Changes and technical availability
We may occasionally update course materials, improve the learning experience or make changes to our online platform.
There may be temporary interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons.
If you experience difficulty accessing your materials, please contact us so we can investigate and help.
We won’t use this section to remove rights or access that you’re legally or contractually entitled to.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
If digital content or services are faulty, misdescribed, not supplied as agreed or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
We encourage you to contact us directly if something isn’t working as expected so we can help resolve the matter.
